can be embroidered on the front, side(s), back and top visor of most
headwear styles. |

Combining a fabric applique
and direct embroidery, our graphic designers create unique logo presentations
with exceptional eye appeal and detail. The applique (a separate piece
of fabric) is attached to the headwear. Your logo copy is embroidered
on the applique, which becomes the background. |

Our art department
has created a series of generic logos that are designed so the wording,
lettering, style, design features and colors can be changed to fit
your specific needs. These logos are ideal when you do not have a
official logo or need additional logo designs to add to your merchandising
program. There is no setup charge when you use our name drop designs.
Name drop logos are available for front, side and back emboridery
applications.

EMBOSSING |
Monogramming
is an embroidery technique that reproduces lettering using a keyboard
rather than a computer programmed pattern. Monogram lettering can
be placed in a straight line(s), arched or in a circle on the front,
side or back of the headwear and can be added to existing logos. |
Embossing is a process
that heat-stamps logos onto leather. It is an inexpensive alternative
for headwear personalization. The size if embossed logos is limited
to 11/16 x 2 inches and requires a special embossing setup. |
